Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: March 17, 2026
constructs.sh, operated by Argus Technology Corporation, hosts AI agent constructs that can influence how autonomous systems behave. This policy exists to keep the platform safe, trustworthy, and useful for everyone.
Prohibited Content
You may not publish constructs that are designed or primarily used to:
- Generate malware, exploits, or tools for unauthorized access to systems
- Facilitate harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors
- Impersonate real individuals without their consent or deceive users about the construct's nature
- Conduct surveillance, stalking, or unauthorized monitoring of individuals
- Make fully autonomous consequential decisions affecting people's rights, employment, credit, or legal standing without human oversight
- Facilitate weapons development, including autonomous weapons systems
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Prohibited Behavior
- Circumventing platform safety measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Automated scraping or bulk downloading beyond reasonable use
- Spam, including publishing duplicate or low-quality constructs to manipulate rankings
- Artificially inflating stars, downloads, or other metrics
- Using the Platform to send unsolicited communications
- Interfering with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience
Construct Safety
Constructs are executable agent configurations. Authors should:
- Clearly describe what the construct does and what permissions it requires
- Not embed hidden instructions, obfuscated prompts, or undisclosed behaviors
- Not include credentials, API keys, or other secrets in published constructs
- Respect the principle of least privilege — request only the permissions your construct needs
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice. For severe or repeated violations, accounts may be permanently terminated. If you believe a construct violates this policy, report it to abuse@constructs.sh.
Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe this was in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@constructs.sh with a description of the situation.
