Argus Technology Corporation (“constructs.sh”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on constructs.sh infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (URL)
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of the material that was removed
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We consider the nature and circumstances of each case in determining what constitutes a repeat infringer.
